Our positive and supportive team at Style & Stamina will help you through your journey of self growth. We focus on you as an individual and curate plans based on your personal needs. We offer 4 pillars towards this success: Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness and Transformation. We feel each of these pillars go hand in hand towards the life changes you are looking for. Every goal we work on is based on you becoming the best version of yourself. As long as you are willing to put in the effort, we promise you will see the changes you are striving for. Our mission is for you to walk away feeling empowered and confident in who you are and for you to recognize the beauty and freedom of being true to yourself.

Co-Owner

M.S. in Kinesiology & Exercise Science


My fitness transformation occurred during my senior year of high school. My first goal was to lose 10 pounds and feel more confident in myself. Over the next 6 months, I lost 55 pounds and started a journey that would change the outlook I have on my life. Living, breathing, and preaching healthy living became my passion and has continued 11 years later!


I graduated from Kutztown University in 2017 with a degree in Sport Management and a specialization in Health Promotions and Fitness Administration. While at KU, I was able to obtain a USAW level 1 certification and ACE personal training certification. After Kutztown, I took my studies to Troy University in Alabama. I graduated in 2019 with a master's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration of Exercise Science.


From 2019 to 2021 I was training for the Air Force Special Warfare. Even though this direction did not work out, I was able to use my knowledge of nutrition and fitness training to start training the most important part of my fitness journey, my mind. Building my mindset increased my determination and discipline. It also allowed me to push my body past my limits and capabilities to feats I never knew I was capable of achieving.


Outside of healthy living, I invest time into my family (Amy, Bella, Gabe, Josh, Sebastian, and Smores), hiking, biking, water sports, and fitness!


I am excited to share my knowledge, experience, and motivation to help you achieve our three tiers of Mindset, Nutrition, and Fitness! Together, we will achieve the healthy lifestyle you deserve!

Personal Stylist -Specialty in Fashion and Home Decor


As I reflect on my journey, I realize every path had one thing in common, I greatly enjoy helping others! After I received my Physical Therapy Assistant degree, I was able to work in various clinical settings, such as the ICU, oncology, and inpatient rehab.


Becoming a mother was something I became passionate about. I was tremendously

blessed with Isabella, Gabriel, Joshua, and Sebastian. Raising four children as a stay-at-home

mom was by far the most challenging and rewarding job. While raising my children, I was able to volunteer with several community foundations. I had the opportunity to develop fundraising programs, where I was able to recruit sponsors and volunteers all while managing the event. I assisted to devise and manage local marketing initiatives, including both traditional and digital.


The challenges and experiences of my life have shaped me into the person I am today. Over the past few years, I felt like I was searching for a career that would fill my cup, but also allow me to be present for my family. This is where Style and Stamina came in, I feel blessed and honored to say this is my job. Watching our business grow and having the opportunity to work with my best friend to help others feels surreal.

LISA'S JOURNEY

Cody has helped me come so far in my fitness journey. I started working out almost 2 years ago and midway through I met Cody. We have been making goals and we started with small goals, like upping my water intake! Now I’m able to run a 5k with him once a week!! Who would have thought?! Me RUNNING?! Cody is encouraging and has helped me overcome my food anxieties. He has helped me to take my fitness journey to the next level. I already work out often, but this is separate from that, my goals with him are made specifically for me. Cody has taken the time to help me believe in myself and has shown me it’s ok to be my true authentic self and love myself exactly how I am. At the same time he’s helped me realize it’s ok to push forward, grow and change the things I want to change.

My goal when I started fitness was never about weight loss. I gave up on that years ago, all the failed diets and disappointment that went along with that because of my fear of food. Cody taught me how to overcome those fears and now I will at least TRY anything. For those who know me know that’s a miracle in itself. Since eating better and working out consistently I have lost weight and I have reached a size I never thought I would see again! Even though this was never about weight loss for me, it sure felt good to zip up those smaller jeans! Which is where Amy comes in!! She is a freaking rockstar! She helped boost my confidence level to new heights. I was wearing clothes that were way too big for me because I never believed I was the size I am now! She picked out outfits and clothes to fit me perfectly! I literally turned around, looked at her and said, “I’m a badass bitch now!” She helped me to get my smile back! My real smile. Feeling better about yourself is more than just weight loss. It is a total transformation that requires patience and for me I needed guidance as well. I am glad I met both Cody and Amy when I did because I didn’t know what to do from where I was. Nothing was changing anymore, I wasn’t growing anymore. Then I met with Cody and everything in myself began to change and grow again. I started shifting my mindset, learning new and healthier ways to eat and becoming more confident and strong throughout all of my workouts with Cody. He is helping me learn to have the confidence to work out on my own with just a plan in hand. I know I will be able to do it because of the confidence the both of them continue to help me find.

Seriously, this whole program Cody and Amy have created is life changing! It makes me so emotional thinking about how far I have come and I am looking forward to what is still to come!
